Robert K. Padovano is a native of Short Hills, New Jersey. He received his B.A. from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina and his J.D. from Western Michigan University's Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. He has been admitted to the State Bar of North Carolina since 1992. His practice has been focused in the areas of Criminal Defense and Traffic Law for over 26 years.

Kristen Laurenti Zillioux is a native of Utica, New York. She received her B.A. from The State University of New York at Albany and her J.D. from Albany Law School in Albany, New York. Ms. Zillioux is admitted to the State Bars of New York, Florida, and North Carolina. Her practice has focused in the areas of Residential and Commercial Real Estate and Bankruptcy Law for over 23 years.
